The way we convert bikes to electric starts with our customers bringing their bikes to our workshop where we add it to the queue of bikes for conversion.
The conversion process starts with the bike being checked for suitability and any issues that need to be fixed before the conversion.
The first step of converting the bike starts with the motor being installed followed by the battery, then the display, controller and finally the wiring which connects all the parts together.
The converted bike is then put through several tests for torque, speed, battery performance and a test run.
Lastly we contact the customer to let them know that their bike is ready to collect.
